I was so excited to get away a couple of weekends ago to Las Vegas with the girls-
Vaun and
Rebecca. We met Rebecca's sister and friends from
SLC. We had a great weekend! The highlight was the Tom Jones concert. I'm not a huge fan, but I do like his music. And I LOVE to hear any live music. Such a treat! That man still has an incredible voice at the age of 69! He was all gray haired- goatee and all. Our party stole the show with a couple of size 30 something underwear and the bass player.

Las Vegas is not my favorite vacation spot by far, but it was nice to be
kid less and fancy free for 48 hours.

sounds like heaven... those girl getaways are soooo necessary. Almost as necessary as the couple getaways. :D Glad you had a great time.
always fun to get away for a little and forget about being a mom. even if it is just to go to vegas :)
